If you wanna throw up what work for me: use two fingers and do it too till you start gagging and wiggle aggressive while pushing your stomach and continue for 30 minutes if it doesn't work drink milk and lemon juice and immediately after stick your finger in your throat and wiggle aggressive while doing/smelling gross stuff I don't like smelling or touching gross thing but my friends have hard time throwing up so they do this while the steps!
